As a Technical Program Management Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of transformative strategies to optimize the performance of the Firmware Engineering group and create clear, engaging, and data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior executives, articulating the vision, progress, and impact of transformation initiatives. You will work with cross functional teams align and communicate operational goals broader organizational objectives on broader organizational objectives.
You will:
Translate complex technical and financial concepts into relatable narratives to influence stakeholders
. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
. Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the engineering group
. Communicate change initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10 years of experience in operational strategy, business transformation, or a related role, preferably within a technology or engineering organization
- Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and compelling narratives using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budget management, and data interpretation
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
Desirable Requirements
- Familiarity with firmware engineering or technology development processes
- Excellent skills in power point
