Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant at DELLA Auto Group is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory. This individual will also assist with lot operations and provide exceptional customer service to all dealership customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry. DELLA Auto Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Keep vehicle inventory lot organized and tidy, including arranging vehicles according to dealership standards
- Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and/or stickered for pricing and identification
- Monitor lot for any damage or issues with vehicles and notify management promptly
- Perform lot inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are present and accounted for
- Assist with vehicle delivery and transport as needed
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate department
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing assistance as needed
- Assist with lot maintenance, including shoveling snow, removing debris, and mowing grass as needed
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an automotive or customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
