Job Summary:
DELLA Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the inventory and distribution of parts to support our service department and ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the Auto industry, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Work closely with service department to determine needs for parts
- Keep accurate records of all parts transactions and inventory levels
- Monitor and report on sales and profit of parts department
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to meet repair deadlines
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Comply with all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of auto parts and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
