Job Description : Qualifications
- 2 years prior of related experience
- Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Google sheet and Gmail.
- Self-motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic individual who will work on a variety of programs, interacting with internal teams and external customers.
- Knowledge of Invoicing portals, Ariba, Taulia preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP System (SAP) a plus
Responsibilities
Our Portal Specialist is responsible for invoice submission accuracy and assist with the reconciliation of disputed accounts. They are responsible for reviewing each issue to determine the best way to approach resolution. The ideal candidate for this position can handle these responsibilities in a manner that preserves the relationship and improves customer relations. They must have the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and are able to adjust quickly to changing assignments or priorities.
