Job Title: Repair Technician
Duration: 7-Month Contract
Location: Norcross, GA 30071
Pay Rate: $20.71/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to perform setup, testing, and modular-level repairs on scanning equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly operations, diagnosing hardware failures, and using specialized test equipment to maintain production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup, testing, and modular-level repairs on scanning devices.
- Diagnose and validate hardware failures using custom software testing suites.
- Maintain accurate records of individual repairs and test results.
- Identify and troubleshoot failures, follow engineering changes, and determine corrective actions.
- Utilize equipment such as voltmeters, computers, and specialized test fixtures.
- Adhere to production and quality output standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.
- Experience in production assembly, meeting quality and job performance standards.
- Basic knowledge of computers and test equipment.
- Strong manual dexterity and visual coordination.
- Prior experience using hand tools.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods on a production line.
