Job Summary
This position involves providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents as a dedicated Floor Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns duties and coordinates nursing services on the resident unit to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with instructions of Physician, federal and state regulations and facility procedures.
- Consults with Shift Supervisor on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to insure resident needs are met.
- Reports all complaints or unusual problems to supervisor. Assists with completion of facility complaint report.
Must-Haves
- Michigan State License
- BLS (AHA)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
