Job Description :
As a Tax Filing Implementation Senior Analyst , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of new clients into the tax filing system. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing multiple projects, and troubleshooting tax-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple project plans and oversee concurrent projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis on tax-related issues arising during projects.
- Set up companies in the tax system and manage tax registrations.
- Prepare and submit Power of Attorney documents for all jurisdictions.
- Set up and test Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) with tax agencies.
- Provide registration support for new clients.
- Conduct Payroll System to Tax Filing System integration testing.
- Perform internal and external bank testing.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new client projects.
- Perform reconciliations with a strong attention to detail.
- Support offshore initiatives and process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve regulatory and compliance issues.
- Assist with Mergers and Acquisitions projects.
- Liaise with Payroll Client teams and clients during project implementations.
- Oversee vendor work assignments and deliverables.
- Assist in updating and communicating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Recognize and propose process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
