CLS Cert Day Shift, M-Th, 4 x 10s This department may include all clinical laboratory functions, including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Immunology, Microbiology, and Reproductive Medicine. It also includes phlebotomy, processing and AH patient reference lab work sendout / handling. Do not include anatomic pathology, blood bank functions or administration / support functions supporting the laboratory. If your lab is cross functional with clinical lab and blood bank combined, please notify FP&A so that the proper benchmark can be applied to your department.
