MercyOne North IA is looking for providers who can provide consistent coverage working nights in a high volume, high acuity setting

Practice Details :

Trauma Level 2

250 beds

33,000 annual visits

Volume : 80-90 per day

Peak shifts / busiest is during 11a-11p

Transfer out less than 3% of patients

High acuity

Cerner EMR

Midlevel coverage. Our hours are as follows : Physician coverage 24 / 7 and Double physician coverage 8a-2a

Emergency privileging will be used, cred timeframe ~6 weeks

Please Note : Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.

Requirement description :

Ability to get them privileged quickly - no lengthy work histories (cred staff goes back 10 years) - Required at name clear

Board Certified ABEM - can accept through ABMS, AOA, or ABPS (would be willing to take FM or BE w / in 5 years of residency) - Required at name clear

Clean background a must - Required, note at time of name clear

IA licenses - Required - will accept IMLC!!

ACLS & PALS are required through AHA; if ER boarded ACLS and PALS are waived; ATLS required for trauma privileges

Availability for open shifts - Required at time of presentation

Must be available for night shifts

Covid Vaccination - Required, note at time of name clear

Rates needed for submission :

Orientation

Hourly (BR50 / hr cap)

Holiday Hourly

Conversion Fee (25K cap)
