Position : MDM Architect

- Plan and lead business users' MDM requirement analysis sessions.
- Lead MDM program operations related to the customer data domain.
- Analyze source systems and profile data for lifecycle management.
- Create and put into action MDM plans and strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Describe the design and architecture principles of MDM.
- Create end-to-end MDM solutions that adhere to industry best practices and business requirements.
- For master data entities, define relationships, data models, and data structures.
- Establish and uphold standards for master data quality.
- Put security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to master data.
- Track and enhance MDM systems' performance.
- Always assess and enhance MDM systems and procedures.
- Write and keep up-to-date documentation on MDM procedures and solutions.
- Specify quantifiable metrics and the minimal characteristics needed for every domain or topic area to enable a solid and effective MDM platform deployment.
- Specify what needs to be included in order for survivorship criteria, data stewardship workflows, and data matching and merging rules to be implemented in the approved MDM tool.
- A thorough grasp of master data hierarchy management and deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques
- Work together to develop and deliver MDM solutions with the Enterprise Architecture teams (data integration, data architecture, and business intelligence).
- Coordinate technical reviews and approvals throughout the system development life-cycle with the Architecture Review Board and Change Approval Board.
- Provide services that satisfy customer SLAs and internal KPIs. -A minimum of ten years of hands-on experience using the Profisee MDM tool suite for MDM design, development, support, and operations.
- Profisee tools and utilities, such as Data Controls, Data Director, and Data Quality, require practical experience.
- Use Profisee to design and implement data integration procedures.
- Link Profisee MDM to additional enterprise systems.
- Describe the qualities and relationships within Profisee.
- Create and carry out test plans for implementations of Profisee MDM.
- Broad expertise in developing Master Data Management plans, putting MDM services and capabilities into practice, and developing Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
