Job Title Sanitation Worker Number of Positions 3 Location 451 Prosperity Dr, Orangeburg, SC 29118 Bill Rate $22.00 Full-time Monday - Friday and weekends 5 : 00am - 1 : 30pm Duration : 3 months with the possibility to be extended Additional Details Need someone who can commit to the duration of the assignment and flexibility to work weekends Dress code : uniform, hairnet, and hard hat (provided by company) - must wear steel-toe / composite toe shoes (NOT provided by company) JOB DESCRIPTION : Perform sanitation duties in accordance with company standards and procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES : Sweeping Mopping Dusting Running scrubbers and sweepers Run pressure washer Empty trash as needed Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs. Must have the ability to push / pull up to 75 pounds. Bending, stooping, twist, turn, standing for extended time periods, reaching, climbing stairs Climb ladders (up to 8 feet) must use harness Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust dirt and chemicals Ensure sanitation rules are followed for each area of the plant EDUCATION : High School Diploma or equivalent required EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS : Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Knowledge of the custodial and commercial cleaning practice is a plus
