Description : Technical Writer (Notifications Delivery)
We are seeking a technical writer to work with our IT Service Management team in, creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes. This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate. This position will require interaction with multiple individuals through-out the OIT organization.
Required Qualifications
Experience in marketing and communications
Experience in technical writing
Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process
Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
