We are seeking a motivated and skilled GM Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a smile and provide them with a positive, welcoming experience.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other advisors, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Service Communication: Explain repair needs to customers, including warranty repairs, and provide clear and accurate service estimates.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, schedule repairs, and provide customers with accurate promise times for vehicle completion.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, take incoming calls for scheduling, and offer assistance with service-related issues.
- Problem Solving: Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs and parts availability.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Proven customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, service writing, and auto estimating.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
