About the position:
As the Aftermarket and service Sales Manager, you will have a broad role in our organization, which is continuously growing and evolving. The job’s responsibility will be applicable to the sales function within our USA based operations located in Robertsdale, Alabama (Dellner Hydratech USA, Inc.).
A key responsibility is to build a solid book of business at the OEM and end-user levels, which shall contribute to the short and long-term growth of our business. This includes coordinating with other market Sales Managers to make day-to-day business development more effective and profitable across the Dellner Group.
To handle this sales role professionally, business development, strategic thinking, sales reporting, and customer follow-up are key. This role requires a high level of integrity, energy, and a desire to travel.
This Aftermarket and service Sales Specialist will use their knowledge, skills, industry experience, and network to win over new customers and businesses in a concise period.
As part of the sales team, you, together with the local Managing Director and Sales Director, as well as our global team, will be driving Hydraulics’ business unit forward. This team's atmosphere is characterized by openness and ease, yet the ability to perform at a very high level.
You report to the USA-based Managing Director and Sales Director. The position requires 50% domestic travel and some international travel over the course of the year.

- Knowledge of hydraulic applications and hydraulic cylinders is preferred.
- Ability to learn different ERP systems is required.

- You are good at collaborating and creating trust among your colleagues, and can delegate when required.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, making your work and business travel effective.
- You can think strategically (long term) while drawing from an entrepreneurial spirit for short-term gains.
- You can quickly grasp a particular customer need and convert those into timely and profitable sales.
- You are a person of the highest integrity who respects and always adheres to policy and company compliance.
Applicant Background, Education & Experience:
- Must have at least (3) years of B2B sales experience within one of the relevant industries (Oil and Gas, Mining, Marine, General Industry)
- Sales Management to build and manage long and short-range sales plans
- Competitive and results-oriented with strong technical product understanding and commercial skills
- Bandwidth to handle multiple key accounts while developing new sales accounts
- Proven ability to grow market share in a diverse range of industries
