Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated salesperson to represent the Dellusso brand with new and existing customers. This role combines sales expertise with technical skills, as you will also handle field measurements and design cabinetry using Cabinet Vision software. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury products, skilled in design, and committed to building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Dellusso brand with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business.
- Conduct field measurements at job sites to ensure accurate cabinet specifications.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their project needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Design custom cabinetry using Cabinet Vision software, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Dellusso’s quality standards.
- Educate customers about the quality and craftsmanship of Dellusso products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the Dellusso brand.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Work closely with the production team to ensure customer expectations align with delivery timelines and product specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in high-end or luxury products.
- Experience in cabinetry design and familiarity with Cabinet Vision or similar design software.
- Ability to conduct precise field measurements and translate them into accurate designs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the design and construction industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is an advantage).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and events.
