Designer and Production Lead (Full-time and On-site)

Position Overview:

As a key player in our marketing team, we are looking for a detail-oriented creative to execute digital and print marketing campaigns. This position will be responsible for designing and producing various marketing materials and ensuring the timely execution of in-house print projects for campaigns across the country. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, print production, and digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce print and digital marketing collateral to support loan officers and referral partners.
• Manage the in-house print production process, including preparing, packaging, and coordinating with external vendors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with Delmar Mortgage's brand identity and messaging.
• Ensure all design and print work meets quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and is completed within deadlines.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including graphics for social media, email marketing campaigns, and website assets when needed.
• Maintain an organized file system for marketing materials and production assets.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and branding.
• Experience in print production and an understanding of design-to-print processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital content creation, or video editing is a plus.
