Our SLP evaluates and treats patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. At Delmar Nursing & Rehabiltation Center, an SLP may often work with patients who have experienced a stroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson disease and dementia.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a Master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology
Current Speech-Language Pathology License / Licensure in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
