Role:

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Enterprise Business Analyst to play a crucial role in evaluating, analyzing, and improving computer systems to align with business goals. The position involves understanding organizational processes and providing expert guidance to optimize systems for better performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current computer systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend modifications.

• Conduct cost benefit and risk analysis for system updates and improvement.

• document requirements for workflows/operation functions or documenting integrations.

• Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define system requirements.

• Ensure delivered systems meet business and user expectations.

• Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, processes, and updates.

• Provide ongoing support troubleshooting for system related issues.

• Perform analysis on data intake and integration needs for technical enablers and system data needs.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Certified as a Business Architect with the Lead Business Analyst designation, relevant Pega Certifications are ideal, i.e., Certified Business Architect (PCLBA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years of in system analysis, including system-system integrations, data analysis, and systems requirements for enterprise-level systems.

• Expertise in system modeling tools and techniques.

• Understanding of AWS infrastructure, with experience in service development, deployment, and management in AWS environments.

• Familiarity with operating systems, databases, and network protocols.

• Strong understanding of system development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfalls)

• Strong knowledge of front/backend development processes across Java, Pega and other workflow-based platforms.
