What You Will Do
Administer and manage configurations for on-premises Storage Area Network (SAN) & Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments. Assist other IT teams with mount requests and Disaster Recovery (DR) assistance. Practice high-level security standards to ensure data is properly encrypted, stored, and maintained securely. Maintain and administer platforms that are managing security protection, scanning and encryption. Responsible for managing backup environments involving but not limited to Veritas NetBackup systems, IBM XIV, and Data Domain Storage systems. Manage configurations of storage media hardware, perform analysis of storage utilization and management, implement expansion and ensure overall data filer system is intact.

Required
- Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least six (6) years minimum of relevant experience required.
- At least five (5) years’ experience with planning, designing, and supporting large enterprise SAN/NAS environments.
- Familiarity with Dell EMC Isilon, IBM XIV storage platform.
