Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Perform software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Gather SAP project requirements from the business; perform current state system analysis, document requirements and create technical and functional specification documents for application development. Translate SAP system requirements into functional design, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques to finalize system design. Design, configure, test, and support SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Build, configure, and monitor interfaces to integrate SAP business modules with 3rd party systems.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $126,100.00-$148,000.00

- Utilizing SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Explorer (BEx), and BusinessObjects Analysis to provide development and implementation services;
- Creating screen mockups and user interface (UI) storyboards and conducting sessions to finalize system design, utilizing SAP BusinessObjects, Analysis for Office, and BEx Query Designer and Analyzer;
- Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP HANA, BusinessObjects, BW/4HANA and BEx to develop technical objects, including modules and reports;
- Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and HANA with 3rd party systems;
- Implementing Agile methodologies during all project phases, including preparation, realization, go-live, and post go-live support;
- Defining systems strategy and developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions utilizing SAP Business Warehouse (BW), BW/4HANA, HANA Sidecar and BusinessObjects; and
- Developing post implementation go-live support environments and constructing the transition plan from the project team to the support team utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Project, SharePoint, and Excel.
