Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and information technology projects implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Coordinating and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Accelerated SAP (ASAP), and Agile methodology;
• Working across phases of the ASAP and Agile methodology, including Project Preparation/Planning, Business Blueprint, Realization/Implementation, Sprint and Integration tests, Final Preparation, Go-live, and Production/ GO Live Support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), uPerform, Remedy, Microsoft (MS)Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Leading large-scale Supply Chain Planning implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP SolMan, and HP ALM;
• Utilizing HP ALM to support and perform Sprint, Unit, and Integration testing, to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing uPerform, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary : $131,000 - $219,000
