Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead to join our support team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical support operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services, and leading a team of skilled support engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. This role will oversee the resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Must be strong in technical Debugging (AWS, React, etc.) Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications Required
- 6 years of experience in Technical Development (AWS, React, Full Stack)
- Exposure to JIRA or a similar project management toolset
- Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX 4-5 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
