Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Join our team in implementing and deploying cloud migration strategies for government agencies. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients leverage cloud technology to enhance their services, reduce operational costs, and boost overall efficiency. Your work will make a tangible difference in how the public sector operates and serves its constituents. • Design and produce visual assets in the form of presentations (Slides), documents (Docs), videos, and web sites.
• Develop branding and visual identity for team projects and initiatives.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and data visualizations to present complex information.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all visual materials adhere to client brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize design files and assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Provide feedback and revisions on design concepts.
• Proofread materials for appropriateness, readability, and grammar.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• 4 years’ experience as a graphic designer.
• 4 years of experience and proficiency in, Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, etc.), multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and a basic understanding of Figma for collecting assets.
• 4 years of experience working in, portfolios showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 98,875- 163,125.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
