Work you’ll do
- Provide accounting and audit support in IT audit remediation and sustainment activities.
- Leverage expertise in SharePoint for effective document management and collaboration.
- Develop concise and effective briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and measure Key Performance Indicators to assess and improve performance.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to Business Process Improvement.
- Contribute to change management efforts, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Participate in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and organizational readiness.
- Prioritize customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, or another Business-related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, business, or finance
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and/or OMB Circular A-123 documentation, Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), testing and reporting requirements, IT audit readiness, FISCAM, NIST 800-53, and access controls
- Experience with Automated controls testing and business process design and/or reengineering
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Experience in the Intelligence Community or DoD
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $171,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
