Work you’ll do
- Work with various customers to generate new Intelligent Automation and AI deployment opportunities and manage existing automation investments.
- Participate in intelligent process automation activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement events, performance metrics, change management, root cause analysis, and business process documentation.
- Handle special projects such as client web portal content updates, optimize team operations, and conduct QA/QC and governance activities.
- Utilize critical thinking, lead/manage working groups, manage multiple small projects, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Gather and document functional and operational requirements, perform process improvement activities, and have an intermediate understanding of Intelligent Automation and AI technologies.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must hold an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA 5 days a week.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 2 years of experience supporting artificial intelligence deployment, and Automation deployment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with customer education, engagement, communication, and documentation.
- Previous experience with functional and operational requirements gathering and documentation.
- Expert understanding of intelligent automation and AI preferred.
- Professional project management, and AI certifications preferred.
