Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategically minded and detail-oriented Project Delivery Specialist to support the client’s Program Management Office, which manages a fleet of over 23,000 vehicles deployed across the U.S. and internationally. In this role, the candidate will assist with the execution of client initiatives and will be responsible for leading workstreams, potentially leading/guiding peers and other team members, developing high-quality work products, supporting analyses, and contributing to key project outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communications skills and the capacity to work independently while collaborating closely with clients and their stakeholders to execute initiatives. Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. is required.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average (1-2 days per week), based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- 2 years of fleet management.
- Experience with domestic and international workstreams.
- Experience working with stakeholders and executives.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $181,000.
