Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and maintain reports such as burndown charts and sprint summaries, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed business process requirements and develop process maps.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes, recommending solutions to bridge these gaps.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all business needs are addressed and met.
- Leverage your ServiceNow expertise to support the client and engagement, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
- Utilize your executive communication skills in both written and verbal formats to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 4 Years of experience in requirements gathering, and technical writing.
Preferred:
- Previous experience supporting federal clients preferred.
- Previous experience supporting ServiceNow delivery preferred.
- Professional certification in program or project management preferred.
