Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
The person fulfilling this role will deploy knowledge of Aviation Depot Level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul to improve the operations of industrial fleet maintenance. Top performing team members in this position display the strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, analytical skills, and problem resolution skills.
Persons in this role will be expected to work with clients who operate and sustain the Depot Maintenance System. Candidates will 1) understand and articulate process flow of the shop floor, 2) be able to quickly navigate the client site and facilitate meetings with the “right” people); 3) elicit and document functional information from clients for program leads; and 4) provide guidance and mentorship to users.
Persons in this role will assist in the change management and communication of the project with site and enterprise leadership.
Person in this role will have frequent end-client interaction. Exceptional team members in this role provide outstanding client deliverables. Team member interacts with client as necessary to develop deliverables, communicate expectations, and successfully deliver high-value deliverables. Strong performance and exceptional skills lead to team member becoming client’s trusted advisor in the proper management of the project.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role (Top Secret).
- 10 years of Depot Level Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair Systems.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average (1-2 days per week), based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- Experience leading client interactions across deliverables, expectations and delivery.
- Experience leading change management at an enterprise level.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
