The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field 
• 3 years of experience performing Model Based Systems Engineering in a government consulting environment
• Experience applying modeling to support a system’s or SoS’ requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle phases
• Experience Implementing a model-based culture, leveraging capabilities of the digital enterprise environment infrastructure of the organization
• Experience with and understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, MBSE, and best practices
• Active Secret Clearance

Preferred: 

• Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science discipline
• Proficiency in systems monitoring, diagnostics and performance analysis tools
• Experience utilizing model data support to enable the creation of a digital thread across other engineering disciplines (e.g., cyber and configuration management).
• Active TS/SCI Clearance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 - $163,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
