Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
- Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
The Team

Qualifications
Required
- 1 years experience supporting and managing software through issue identification and resolution
- 1 years experience researching and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software support
- 1 years experience in end user support and/or customer service in a technical environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Degree in an IT-related field
Salary : $68,000 - $102,000
