Work you’ll do
- Analyze and assess the business needs of the client to find the best solution for the client.
- Responsibilities include gathering system requirements, building application specification documents, drawing flow charts, designing application architecture, implementing modernized application design, and testing features before release.
- Hands-on experience in developing software with agile or scrum methodologies and are ready to lead and mentor junior developers.
- Interact with the customer and internal teams to Identify and analyze requirements for development purposes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- 5 years of experience as a Java Developer
- 3 years working as a part of an Agile Development Team
- 3 years of experience leading junior developers
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
