Work you’ll do
As a Sr Workday Learning Lead, you will be client-facing and involved in the following:
- Lead optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday Learning.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing your expertise in Workday Learning and other HCM modules.
- Provide support to clients during the testing phase, ensuring that Workday Learning functionalities meet their needs and expectations.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations and integrations.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with client subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.
- Build consensus around business processes and design, ensuring alignment with Workday Learning best practices.
- Effectively manage both onshore and offshore resources to deliver high-quality Workday Learning solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.
- 5 years of Workday implementation experience.
- 5 years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Learning.
- 6 years’ of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday implementations.
- Experience leading the implementation of a Workday module – leading clients through discovery, design, configuration, test planning, testing, and deployment.
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
- Workday HCM certification.
- Workday Learning certification.
- Public sector or state government experience.
