Work you’ll do
- Provide Quality assurance to development within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to verify requirements, and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including solution user guides and test plans.
- Perform functional testing, end-to-end testing, and smoke testing as well as provide support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance required
- 3 years of experience as a Software Tester conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel proven by multiple years of experience in a role using one or all technologies
- Multiple years of experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies
Preferred:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
