- Translate clients’ business needs into coherent messaging

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
- 1 years of internship and/or professional experience in HR operations, data analysis, functional requirements gathering, or similar field
- Experience conducting operational research, analyzing data, and creating written communications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to be onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required for this role
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (travel not expected for this particular role)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting change management initiatives in a communications-based role
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software (preferably both Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levels
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Journalistic writing skills
