Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions for information technology projects. Manage the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process in connection with information technology projects; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Guiding and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Agile or Waterfall models;
• Working across phases of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and Business Change management, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and data migration for solutions for enterprise-level clients utilizing SAP;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP, AFE Navigator, WellView, Primavera, Workday, Microsoft (MS) Project, and Hyperion applications in the client’s landscape;
• Guiding large-scale ERP implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SharePoint, ADO, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Signavio;
• Coordinating project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Critical Path methodologies;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams, and SAP Tutorials; and
• Performing SAP Project System, Asset Accounting, Joint Venture Accounting, Revenue Analysis, and Reporting production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $146,994.00-$218,625.00
