Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing applications using Salesforce, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex WebServices, Vlocity OmniScript, and Vlocity DataRaptors to meet functional needs for software applications;
• Utilizing User Story Mapping, Sequence Diagrams, Wireframes, Process Maps, and Flowcharts diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;
• Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, configuration, defect management, and production deployment, utilizing Developer Console, Visual Studio, Eclipse IDE, Apex Unit Test, Rational Team Concert (RTC), Jira, Change Sets, and Jenkins;
• Performing software development in Agile, Waterfall development environments and web service testing using SoapUI, Postman, Workbench, and Developer Console;
• Designing and maintaining coding standards to enhance application development using Apex Best Practices;
• Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing Brainstorming, Workshops, Salesforce, Design Patterns, LWC, Change Sets, and Visual Studio; and
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing Flowchart, Visio, Schema Builder, Apex, and Data Flow Diagram.
