Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects using Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements for information technology projects, and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Participating in all phases of the Agile Finance Transformation project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  
• Utilizing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCC), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBC), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMC) to support and oversee End-to-end (E2E) functional design to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
  
• Conducting cross industry solutions business process workshops, utilizing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC;
  
• Performing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC;
  
• Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC;
  
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC; and
  
• Working on the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle EPM, FCC, EPBC, and EDMC.
