Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Princeton, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for information technology project implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Ensure that the design is transformed into code components as per design patterns and architectural principles by performing code reviews and unit test walkthroughs. Manage the implementation of data enrichment, lookup, filtering and data cleansing routines and solutions to improve data quality of the ingested data for information technology projects. Perform performance tuning of the components to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Guiding teams utilizing SAP Business Objects (BO), BW, and Microsoft (MS) Excel to generate insights leveraging on-premise, web, and cloud-based platforms;
• Guiding teams that perform data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling while utilizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Master Data Management (MDM), Information Steward, Data Services (DS), and HANA;
• Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience by utilizing SAP Activate and Design Thinking methodologies, and Solution Manager (SolMan), MS Visio for Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Business Rules Framework, MDG, SAP Graphical User Interface (GUI), Floorplan Manager (FPM), and Fiori;
• Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics by defining process and decision mapping and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models with SAP DS for data discovery and integration, MDG, MDM, HANA, Information Steward, and Business Rules Framework, and MS Visio;
• Coordinating complex engagements with relevant data management consulting in master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in SAP MDG, MDM, Information Steward, and DS; and
• Participating in the development of master data architecture to support master data management, quality, and governance capabilities using SAP MDG, MDM, DS, HANA, and Information Steward for data quality.
