Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services and comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Designing and developing data validation processes, and performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), and Microsoft (MS) Office Suite;
  
• Driving the development and implementation of largescale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP BOBJ, SAP Data Services, Tableau, BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud;
  
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models utilizing Landscape Assessment, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Jira, and Visio;
  
• Working across phases of the ASAP and Agile methodologies including Preparation, Blueprint, Performance and Load testing, Payroll testing, Go-Live and post Go-Live support for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients by employing SAP Finance (FI), SAP Retail, and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules;
  
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes, and environments through use of Technical User Test (TUT), Functional Unit Testing ( FUT) documents, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite;
  
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment by leveraging SAP Funds Management (FI-FM), SAP Travel Management (FI-TV), and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) with Remedy Tool;
  
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Waterfall and Sprint methodologies; and
  
• Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents utilizing Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and SAP Activate to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Cloud Migration projects.
