Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Hartford, Connecticut and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Salesforce platform technical expertise to lead information technology projects including multi-organization and multi-cloud environments utilizing Salesforce tools including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud;
• Participating in teams that participate in Salesforce Development the identification of business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and process design including scenario design and flow mapping, utilizing Salesforce tools including force.com APIs, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and flows;
• Developing integrations on the Salesforce platform with multiple external systems leveraging SOAP APIs, REST APIs, MuleSoft, and SnapLogic;
• Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Tableau;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Salesforce, OBIEE, and Tableau;
• Using Salesforce technical skills and experience to assess customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform; and
• Performing the role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for specialist teams and staff in local offices.
