Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and End-to-End (E2E) testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases and testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing gap analysis, requirements gathering, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodology;
• Synchronizing Integration testing, Performance testing, Acceptance testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing life cycle, utilizing Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), and using Jira, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for test management;
• Testing sub-components of larger application systems and integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Scrum methodology;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Enterprise Architecture (EA), Use case modeling, and User story mapping;
• Developing automation test scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver, Java, JavaScript, and TestNG to debug and troubleshoot automation issues, guaranteeing test script reliability and accuracy for end-to-end validation of the user interfaces of smoke and regression testing to ensure core stability;
• Tracking system defects using Jira, IBM Jazz, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to coordinate defect resolution efforts and document resolution details;
• Strategizing and facilitating E2E testing phases, utilizing Jira to monitor test execution progress, analyze test results, and identify and address any issues and defects; and
• Perform queries and post-implementation queries using SQL developer to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall system functionality as an integrated system.
