Work You’ll Do
Oversee Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Lead the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, and interpret and report on outputs. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analyses, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage and lead the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process, and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Overseeing the delivery of engagements including enabling innovation and scalability, removing performance barriers, modernizing core systems, and reimagining clients’ businesses, utilizing Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane, Jira, and Smartsheet;
•Leading and managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud CoreHR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation module implementations in the Health Care, Banking & Financial Services, or Consumer & Industrial Products industries;
•Working closely with senior executives of client organizations in adopting industry-leading practices for Retail, Health Care, Banking & Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Products, or Oil & Gas operations;
•Running project management offices (PMOs), establishing project governance structures, performing project planning and status reporting, and leading various project meetings;
•Leading the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum project profitability;
•Leading business development activities including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, eminence, and point of view development;
•Developing and delivering client pitches and proposals including pricing and Statement of Work (SoW) creation; and
•Overseeing project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing SAFe Agile framework.
