Work You’ll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Quality Management (QM) and SAP Production Planning (PP) modules;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, using business process master lists;
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP PP, QM, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration, and custom Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) objects, and utilizing Jira and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to monitor the progression of defect resolutions;
• Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel and MS PowerPoint to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Word to support change management efforts and highlight the value of the SAP S/4HANA solution;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Visio to organize, present, and deliver solutions for these requirements;
• Working collaboratively with offshore colleagues to maintain 24-hour coverage for data loads and cutover activities, including handoff meetings, status emails, and effective communication strategies.
