Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related work experience. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Healthcare industry;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS Visio for documentation;
• Utilizing COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL), IBM Customer Information Control System (CICS), and SQL to manage the design and development of project solutions;
• Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing SQL and business analysis;
• Resolving technical issues during project rollouts, utilizing Relational Database Management System (RDBMS); and
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, walkthroughs, and reviews with client and stakeholders.

Annual Salary: $131,175.00 - $218,625.00.
