Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor's equivalent based on a combination of education and experience as determined by a professional evaluation service. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related Occupation. Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

• Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP Activate methodology, Value Lifecycle Manager (VLM), Control and Pareto charts, histograms, and dashboards to monitor and compare key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Financial Accounting (FA) and Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), Process Integration (PI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Business Warehouse (BW), and Business Intelligence (BI) modules and using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC), S/4 HANA, BW, and Cloud products;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing SAP HANA, Sizing, and Readiness Check, and Microsoft (MS) Visio;
• Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology for implementation, migration, and support, including Discover, Planning, Explore, Realization, and Deploy for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP FICO, MM, PI, SD, BW, and BI modules;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using SAP Custom Code Migration, Readiness Check, ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC), and Solution Manager (SolMan) Data Volume Management (DVM);
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Atlassian Jira, Agile methodology, and MS Project;
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Quick Sizer, Custom Code Migration, Readiness Check, ATC, SolMan DVM, Utilization and Earlywatch Reports; and
• Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing Sprint methodology to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, ERP, and HANA projects.
