Work you'll do/Responsibilities
This specialist will support performance management and c ommunication-r elated work. - Conduct activities to manage the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of products/deliv erables created by team workstreams
- Create communications to introduce a diverse, highly technical workforce to upcoming govt-wide changes
- Lead stakeholder engagement opportunities to clearly identify potential needs and gaps
- Provide organization and change management structure to policy-related changes
- Collaborate across workstreams and connect with govt and firm counterparts to further refine c ommunication-r elated products
- Support survey design and data analysis using govt survey platforms
- Create reports, briefings, and resources to support workforce understanding of performance management changes

- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly required
- 1-3 years of change communications management experience
- 1-3 years of managing cross-functional teams to implement training programs
- Must be willing to work onsite in Chantilly, VA
