Position Summary Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll Do Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas : Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following :
• Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Salesforce.com, Data Loader, DataLoader.io, Avonni, and Visual Studio Code;
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Lucidchart and Salesforce.com tools, including Page Layouts, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Flows, and Schema Builder;
• Defining project approaches and driving Salesforce.com implementation activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including Business Functional and Technical Product requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness, using Jira and Lucidchart;
• Performing implementation and integration of Cloud-based solutions, utilizing Salesforce.com platform suite, and REST and SOAP APIs;
• Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying Salesforce.com functionalities and integrations, establishing key project milestones, and developing high-level architecture;
• Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Cloud-based applications, utilizing Salesforce.com platform suite, Visual Studio Code, and GitHub for enterprise-level clients in the Life Science & Healthcare industry;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Jira, Lucidchart, Microsoft (MS) Office suite, and Avonni for prototypes.Other Hours : M-F, 40 hours / week; Annual Salary : $137,259.00-$218,625.00  If offered employment, must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE, including disability / veterans.
