Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Work with data science techniques and libraries to show data's applicability to the clients' business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to define analytical models.
- Develop advanced quantitative models using Python, PySpark, and associated libraries to support predictive assessments.
- Explain analytics model behavior/results in business-friendly language.
- Build, test, validate, and demonstrate analytical models through various relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.
- Apply algorithms that require multiple models/methods to be used in an ensemble.
- Utilize SQL to query, manipulate and extract data to drive business insights
- Deploy models into production with Airflow.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational

Qualifications
Required
- 5 Years experience as a Data Scientist
- 5 Years experience conducting Time-Series Analysis and Anomaly Detection
- 5 Years experience using the following tools: SQL, Tableau, and Python
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Must be able to sit onsite in Cupertino, CA
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- A background in marketing analytics, market research, or sales analytics
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
