Work you'll do

As a CRM Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies. You will work with clients to transform their business processes and use the latest technologies to enable their daily work.

The Team

Our Sales and Service team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
  • Customer Operations | modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team
  • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience working with the Dynamics CRM and Power Platform modules
  • Functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and configuration
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integration
  • Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google
  • Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow
  • Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.
  • Ability to build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope
  • Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,000 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
