FI Lead

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Onshore lead managing SAP AMS engagements for multiple business units
• Candidate will be responsible for managing the overall AMS engagement and client interactions
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

• 12 years of experience with SAP FI
• 12 years' experience with delivery management
• 5 years' experience leading and coordinating a team
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Remote with the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
